The municipality of Lanús announced a special end‑of‑year schedule that includes a Handicrafts Fair, Shopping Walks, and Gastronomic Stalls across various public spaces in the district. The program will run from Friday, December 26 to Sunday, December 28, with stalls operated by local entrepreneurs selling homemade products.

The fairs will take place at Plaza Ricardo Rojas (Gerli), Plaza Villa Obrera (Lanús Este), and Plaza Arias (Lanús Oeste), operating until midnight. On Saturday, Shopping Walks will open at the Auyero (Parque Central Las Colonias, Escalada), 29 de Septiembre (Lanús Este), and Del Oeste (Lanús Oeste).

"The goal of this initiative is to bring a varied offering of local products and affordable prices to the neighborhood," stated the municipal Development Social Directorate. In case of rain, the schedule will be suspended. Throughout the weekend, the Handicrafts Fair will continue at Mariano Moreno and in Constitución, and the Auyero Walk will remain operational.
