Detained Mother After Violating Restraining Order

A 28-year-old woman was arrested in La Plata for violating a restraining order that prevented her from entering her ex-partner's home. The incident occurred when the woman entered the house and attacked her ex-partner's three-year-old daughter, who is currently in serious condition in a hospital in the city.

The report of child abuse led police officers to respond to the residence in question on Monday afternoon. The father of the assaulted child informed the authorities that his ex-partner had broken the existing restraining order by entering the dwelling and attacking the little girl, causing her a bruise on the thigh.

After police intervention, the young woman was found at the indicated residence and later taken to the police station, where she was placed at the disposal of Justice. Family Court No. 5 had already prohibited the accused from entering that home, and upon contacting the court, it was confirmed that the accused had been notified of the restraining order on March 13, which led to her detention on the premises.

The case has been classified as "disobedience" and is under the jurisdiction of UFI No. 8. The prosecution has ordered the apprehension of the woman and initiated the necessary proceedings to clarify what happened and determine the legal consequences of her actions.
