Today in the Buenos Aires match, a father and his son were arrested as presumed perpetrators of sexual abuse against a minor. The case started when the victim reached adulthood and reported that she had been violated during her childhood by her stepfather at that time.
According to the police report, the events allegedly occurred between 2010 and 2012 at the family home located in the town of Gregorio de Laferrere, when the victim was 5 and 6 years old. The minor remained under the care of the stepfather for a long time, who threatened her and prevented any accusations against him.
During a move between 2016 and 2017, the victim was again sexually attacked, but this time by the son of the main accused. After the report, the Functional Unit of Instruction and Specialized Trial in Domestic Violence and Gender and Crimes Against Sexual Integrity number one of the Judicial Department La Matanza summoned the Federal Police to capture the suspects.
The officers arrested those involved in the streets of Gregorio de Laferrere and González Catán. Both detainees, one of whom is of Bolivian nationality, are at the disposal of justice for the crime of "Severely outrageous sexual abuse committed against a minor under 18 years of age, taking advantage of the situation of cohabitation and being committed by the person in charge of the guardianship, in ideal competition with aggravated corruption of a minor."
