Buenos Aires, December 25 (NA) – The detained Natalio Federico Quiroga was charged with the arson of a house in Godoy Cruz, Mendoza, which resulted in the death of a woman and left several people injured. According to the Argentine News Agency, Quiroga was charged with “culpable fire followed by death of persons in real conjunction with possession of a war weapon”. The fire occurred around 4:15 p.m. on Monday after an explosion alerted neighbors who noticed flames and a dense column of smoke. The fatal victim of the fire was Ángela Daniela Prado, who had been rescued from the roof of the house where she had been trapped. The woman remained in critical condition at the Lagomaggiore Hospital due to burns that affected 80% of her body. In addition, four people were injured, including two minors who were taken to the Notti Hospital with injuries, while an adult received medical assistance for smoke inhalation. The case file points to him as the author of the fact, and the investigation is advancing to determine the degree of his responsibility.
