A lamentable incident occurred at the "Jesus of Nazareth" secondary school in General Belgrano, Buenos Aires province. A teacher, MartÃn Guilmore, handed out a questionnaire to his fourth-year students with questions that are seen by many as a tool for political indoctrination. These questions contain underlying elements aimed at discrediting or questioning the current national government. A simple reading of the text clearly reveals the indoctrination and the manifest tendency of opposing the current government. It appears this is not an isolated incident but a repeated practice, as there were similar complaints from parents in 2023 that went unaddressed by the religious authorities. Using classrooms for political propaganda, especially in a confessional school, is absolutely disgraceful and offensive to the spiritual development of minors. Classrooms are a sacred space for transmitting values and principles that shape the adolescent's personality, not a place to "fish" for political followers. Society expects that both religious and lay authorities of the "Jesus of Nazareth" Institute will provide explanations and take appropriate disciplinary measures against this sad and lamentable educational disgrace.
