According to the Argentine News Agency, the operations included inspections at points within the district and the adoption of measures such as closures and administrative actions on projects that lacked the necessary permits. The local executive maintains that these actions aim to cut the chain from informal offering to sale: 'cartels', social media posts, and the marketing of land plots without certification, posing subsequent risks to access essential services. The Municipality emphasized that beyond sanctions, it is working on preventive alerts for residents to verify consultation channels and the actual status of plots before making a deposit or purchase, especially in areas where offers for 'lots' without clear documentation are multiplying. In parallel, municipal sources indicated that the reinforcement of controls also aims to regulate urban growth, preventing the opening of streets and subdivisions without basic infrastructure, which ultimately leads to infrastructure demands that fall back on the local state. The inspection policy, they indicated, will remain on the agenda throughout the year, combining territorial presence, follow-up on complaints, and coordination with technical areas to sustain a unified criterion for authorizations.
