Neighbors of Florencio Varela held a march to the local police station to demand justice for Paloma Gallardo, 16 years old, and Josué Salvatierra, 14, two young individuals whose bodies were found in an open field in the area. The community was shaken by this double crime, prompting the protesters to block the street and set tires on fire as a form of pressure to clarify what happened.

"I observed different marks on Paloma's body," said a relative of Josué's family, who also proposed joining forces during the investigation to seek answers. During the demonstration, some carried signs demanding greater security in the area, while police presence was evident to prevent potential incidents.

In the midst of the tragedy, Paloma's father, Omar Gallardo, expressed his shock at the situation and revealed his fears: "I thought both had been kidnapped," he said, adding his suspicions that his daughter was a victim of rape. The community remains distraught over these events and hopes that justice will act quickly and effectively to clarify what happened and bring those responsible to justice.
