Racing de Córdoba won 2-1 against Almirante Brown in the match played tonight at the Miguel Sancho stadium in Córdoba, for the fourth date of the Primera Nacional 2026. According to the Argentine News Agency, the team from the western part of the Buenos Aires metropolitan area had taken the lead from the 43rd minute of the first half with a goal from defender Marcos Abreliano, while the comeback came from goals by forwards Pablo Chavarría and Leandro Córdoba, in the 5th and 13th minutes of the second half. The victory tied the Córdoba-based 'Academy' and the 'Frigate' with seven points in Zone A, occupying the fourth and third positions, respectively. Additionally, Atlético de Rafaela secured its second consecutive win, with a goal from forward Ijiel Protti in the 88th minute, to defeat San Martín de San Juan 1-0 and climb to third place in Group B with seven points, while its San Juan counterpart is twelfth with four points. The goal for the black-and-gold team came in the 43rd minute of the first half, with a cross from the right by fullback Marcos Abreliano that was struck with great force and surprised goalkeeper Brian Olivera, sneaking in through his far post. However, Racing was able to capitalize on a second half in which it created more dangerous plays than its rival to mount a comeback. In the sixth minute of the second half, a cross from the experienced forward Ricardo Centurión from the edge of the area set up Pablo Chavarría, who controlled the ball with his back to goal, turned against defender Máximo Levi, and scored with a powerful shot. Thirteen minutes later, a cross from the right was flicked on by Chavarría for a shot with the outside of his right foot by attacker Leandro Córdoba, whose shot went in low and under the left post of goalkeeper Bruno Galván.
