The mayor of Capitán Sarmiento, Fernanda Astorino Hurtado, announced her official move to the ranks of La Libertad Avanza (LLA). "Liberty is defended with conviction and courage. Today we took another firm step towards freedom in the Province of Buenos Aires," said the municipal chief.
In a statement, the mayor expressed: "I join LLA because the Province needs the deep change that is happening in the country." She also publicly thanked the Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich; the Chief of Staff of the Presidency, Karina Milei; the mayor of Tres de Febrero, Diego Valenzuela; and the provincial organizer Sebastián Pareja.
This affiliation marks a new movement within the ruling party, adding another mayor to its ranks, following the path previously set by Valenzuela.
