Secondly, a general restraint of the accused's assets is decreed for the amount of six thousand seven hundred thirty-five pesos ($6,735), in order to secure the eventual payment of the costs of the process, until sufficient assets are reported to seize. Likewise, it is ordered to issue an order to the Provincial Penitentiary Service to grant a space and arrange Álvarez's accommodation in a correctional unit. Additionally, it is ordered to issue a formal note to the investigating headquarters, attaching the corresponding order, for its processing.

“Bebote” Álvarez was detained just before the match where Independiente defeated Rosario Central 1-0 in the last matchday of the 2025 Clausura Tournament, outside the Libertadores de América - Ricardo Enrique Bochini stadium.
