The President of France, Emmanuel Macron, arrived in Argentina last Saturday afternoon and will have dinner with Javier Milei that same night at the Quinta de Olivos. Macron landed at Ezeiza International Airport a little before 7 PM, accompanied by his wife, Brigitte Macron, who will attend the evening at the presidential residence along with the Argentine president and the Secretary General of the Presidency, Karina Milei.

The French leader entered the presidential Quinta around 9 PM for the scheduled meeting at 9:15 PM. The following day, Macron and Milei will meet again at 10:30 AM at Casa Rosada for a bilateral meeting with an expanded agenda. Afterwards, they will participate in an expanded meeting with Argentine ministers and the French delegation.

In addition to the meetings with his Argentine counterpart, Macron will participate in two tributes alongside his wife. The first will be at 9 AM at the Church of the Holy Cross in honor of the victims of the last dictatorship. One hour later, he will attend a ceremony in the port square named after José de San Martín, where a floral offering will be placed in his honor.

Subsequently, after his meeting with Milei, Macron will hold an interview with Argentine investors at noon at the Government House. According to official sources, no announcements or joint statements will be made by the presidents, as it is only "a working meeting".

After the meeting with Milei, Macron will depart at 2 PM for Rio de Janeiro to participate in the G20, a forum that will take place between Monday and Tuesday in Brazil, where the Argentine president will also participate.
