In the framework of the World Week of Solidarity with Palestine and Global Action for sanctions against Israel, various organizations have called for a mobilization in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The goal is to demand that the Embassy of the United States stop funding the genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza and the brutal attacks that Israel is carrying out in Lebanon.
Last week, Israel continued its attacks in both Gaza, where they bombed a UN school, and in Lebanon. Reports of genocide in Gaza and the shocking images are difficult to witness. In response to this situation, mobilizations are being organized in various places around the world in support of the Palestinian and Lebanese people, as well as in rejection of the state of Israel and those who support its actions with military and economic aid.
In Buenos Aires, the call for the mobilization has been made by the Argentine Committee of Solidarity with the Palestinian People and is supported by several organizations such as Jews for Palestine, Out Mekorot, Sandía, Fidai, among others. The gathering is scheduled for next Friday, the 15th, in Plaza Italia at 5:00 PM.
