Two companies linked to the environment of the Treasurer of the Argentine Football Association (AFA), Pablo Toviggino, acquired two luxury properties in Puerto Madero. These are Servicios Neurus and Servicios Lindor. According to the Noticias Argentinas agency, one is located in the Faena complex and the other in the Torre del Yacht. Servicios Neurus, owned by Mariah Florencia Sartirana (Toviggino's partner and former employee of the AFA's Finance Secretariat), acquired the property in exchange for her own in El PorteƱo Building. This transaction was made with Flyzar, a company owned by spouses Gustavo Carmona and Silvia Schippert. Meanwhile, Servicios Lindor issued eight invoices to the AFA for a total of 3.1 billion pesos for services rendered in June 2024. This company is based in Santiago del Estero and is also linked to Mauro Paz, Pablo Toviggino's brother. Previously, an investigation revealed that companies linked to Toviggino bought two properties from Flyzar. Flyzar also owns a helicopter that made 60 trips to the Pilar mansion, known as the 'AFA helicopter'.
