Notary for Chief of Staff Testifies on Real Estate Deal

Manuel Adorni's notary, Adriana Nechevenko, appeared at Comodoro Py to extend her statement and said she is "calm" about the investigation led by federal justice. Nechevenko validated the deeds for two properties owned by Adorni: one in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Caballito and another in a country club in Exaltación de la Cruz. She explained that the transaction was a sale with a price balance mortgage, where an initial amount is paid and the rest is settled within a year, as agreed upon by the parties. Nechevenko stated that there was never an installment, but there was a payment term of one year, and that it was truly interest-free.
