Currently, Pablo Jávega is involved, who has requested to elevate the case against Roberto Bárzola for the crime of sexual abuse followed by murder.

Buenos Aires, April 8 (NA) – The trial against prosecutors Luis Pizarro, Javier Di Santo, and Daniel Miralles for malfeasance and negligence in the Nora Dalmasso case will begin on April 21. For now, the formal accusations against each of the implicated individuals are unknown.

As had been announced by Agencia Noticias Argentinas, on Tuesday, April 21, the trial against the first three prosecutors of the Dalmasso murder case in the province of Córdoba will commence. The jury will have one week, until the 28th, to deliberate on whether they remain in their positions or are removed.

It was revealed that during the political trial, statements from '40 to 45 witnesses' are expected, and the hearings will be held at the Legislature.

In mid-March, the Córdoba Attorney General, Juan Manuel Delgado, presented the accusations before the Jury for the Trial of Magistrates and Judicial Officials of the Judicial Power of that province, but to this day, the specific charges are unknown. Di Santo was the first prosecutor on the case, serving from 2007 to 2015; then Miralles from 2016 to 2017; and Pizarro from 2017 to 2019.
