Argentine Government Clarifies Dismissal of Minister's Chief of Staff

The Argentine government clarified the reasons for the dismissal of Leandro Massaccesi from his position as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Human Capital, Sandra Pettovello. In the libertarian administration, they denied that his departure was linked to the mortgage loan he obtained from the National Bank. According to sources, the real reason was that Massaccesi lied to Pettovello twice when accessing the bank's credit tool. In turn, Massaccesi defended himself, stating that he had not committed any illegal acts. He emphasized that the loan for the purchase of a first home was obtained in full compliance with the law and all documents were submitted online. "This is a credit that we are taking on responsibly for 30 years, and we will honor it," he added. In response, the Chief of Staff expressed regret over the premature end of his work, stating that he leaves with the peace of mind of having worked with commitment. The government also supported mortgage loans, calling them the best tool for citizens' progress.
