Buenos Aires, April 2 (NA) – The notary who intervened in real estate operations of the Chief of Staff, Manuel Adorni, visited the Casa Rosada at least seven times between 2024 and 2025, according to official records that are now under judicial analysis. The professional, identified as Adriana Mónica Nechevenko, was summoned to testify as a witness in the case investigating the official's asset acquisitions. According to information published by the Letra P media outlet, Nechevenko was the one who intervened in the purchase of the apartment located in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Caballito where the Chief of Staff resides, as well as in the acquisition of a home in a Buenos Aires country club that is in his wife's name. The access records to the government headquarters indicate that the notary held meetings with the official on different dates between July 2024 and September 2025. Some of these visits coincided in time with key moments in the real estate operations that are now under analysis. According to reports, Federal Prosecutor Gerardo Pollicita requested the documentation linked to the purchase of the apartment in Caballito and summoned the notary to testify after Easter week. The investigation aims to clarify the details of the financing for that operation, which would have included a loan of approximately 200 thousand dollars granted by the owners of the property. In parallel, other journalistic reports indicated that Nechevenko also participated in the deed signing for the house located in the Indio Cua country club, in the Buenos Aires Aires party of Exaltación de la Cruz, an operation carried out during 2024. The case thus adds a new chapter to the controversy surrounding the assets of the Head of Cabinet, while the Justice system advances with the collection of testimonies and documentation to determine if there were any irregularities in the real estate operations under investigation.
