Case against Juanita Tinelli dismissed due to lack of evidence

Buenos Aires, March 24 (NA) – The judicial case initiated following a complaint of alleged telephone threats against Juanita Tinelli and her family has been dismissed due to lack of evidence, reported journalist Laura Ubfal. They threatened Juanita Tinelli and her entire family: investigating someone from Marcelo's circle. According to the Argentine News Agency (NA), the host of 'La Linterna' detailed the investigation that led the prosecutor's office to this decision in the case initiated last October 30. 'It was a horrible threat for her and her family that they pinned on a man who later turned out to be the buyer of Telefe, Gustavo Scaglione,' Ubfal explained about Juanita's version. 'Obviously, it seemed like some fake call where someone said that name,' she dismissed, maintaining it was a case of identity theft. The court's decision is reportedly linked to the influencer herself, who refused from the start to hand over her cell phone, making it impossible to obtain material evidence: 'She got scared and deleted the message, so when the justice system asked for her phone to corroborate where the call came from, she didn't want to hand it over; nothing could ever be proven.' In this way, the authorities determined that the case should be archived, and even 'Juanita would have to retract': 'What the justice system proved was that the call never happened'.
