Two Arrested in Buenos Aires for Professor's Murder

Two suspects have been arrested in Buenos Aires for the murder of university professor David Walter Aguirre. His body was found on March 4th at his home in the Caballito neighborhood. From the outset, investigators considered the main hypothesis to be a case of a "black widow," since there were no signs of forced entry, suggesting Aguirre knew his attacker. As the investigation progressed, police tracked a man who had entered Aguirre's apartment and left hours later. After analyzing surveillance cameras, detectives determined that the main suspect was hiding at a friend's house in Tres de Febrero, leading to a raid where both suspects were apprehended. It was also revealed that the primary suspect was already being investigated for a similar "black widow" incident on February 10th in Caballito.
