According to the Argentine News Agency, the artist's reaction came after Adorni tried to publicly explain why his partner accompanied him on that official tour. In a television interview, the official stated: "I'm coming to New York to break my back for a week, I wanted her to accompany me," a phrase that quickly went viral and generated criticism. In this context, Lali first posted a clown emoji on her social media, referencing her song dedicated to current politicians.
