Buenos Aires, March 12 (NA) -- Luciana Salazar criticized a recent judicial resolution in the conflict she maintains with Martín Redrado over the maintenance of her daughter Matilda and assured that the judge in the case made contradictory decisions and maintained that the ruling would disobey a previous ruling from the Chamber.
According to what the Argentine News Agency learned through Radio Rivadavia, Salazar explained that Justice had ratified the agreement signed by Redrado to commit to supporting Matilda until she reaches the age of majority.
However, the media personality stated that the judge also resolved to consider the situation under the figure of “affine father,” which would modify the scope of the payments. “The judge got into the content of the agreement when the Chamber had already said that to ratify it, only the signature is needed,” Salazar expressed.
The model added that this decision contradicts a 2022 ruling that established that the magistrate should not intervene in the content of the agreement. The media personality also questioned the judge's performance and assured that his behavior changed after Martín Redrado recused him during the judicial process: “This judge has been very controversial since Redrado recused him.”
In addition, Salazar recalled that the judicial conflict also included a criminal complaint filed by the economist for alleged extortion, according to her explanation, that case would have delayed the progress of the civil process for more than a year. “That case already had a lack of merit and a dismissal has been requested,” affirmed the model; in this sense, she maintained that the civil file could be reactivated after the Chamber ordered the suspension of the trial to be lifted.
She also spoke about her personal relationship with Martín Redrado, recounted how the bond between them began and assured that she was very young when the relationship started, explaining that there was a significant age difference between them. “I was a very young girl who fell in love with a much older person,” she pointed out, and also affirmed that the relationship was marked by family conflicts, especially by the rejection that the economist's children would have shown.
Salazar maintained that Matilda's birth was traversed by these tensions and assured that the bond with Redrado was complex: “There was a lot of manipulation in the relationship.”
In addition, the media personality revealed that the economist would have hidden a fertility problem during the relationship; according to her account, she found out about this situation after undergoing medical tests. On the other hand, she emphasized that the agreement signed by Redrado aimed to guarantee the well-being of her daughter and that the economist was complying with the food quota until the public conflicts began: “He signed a commitment with Matilda and he has to comply with it.”
In this sense, she clarified that the money is not intended for her but for the girl's expenses: “That money is not for me. They are transfers for the school, the rent, and my daughter's expenses.” The media personality insisted that the conflict is not about a personal claim but about a commitment signed in favor of the minor: “This is not for me, it's for the little girl.”
During the interview, the media personality also denounced that her confrontation with Redrado would have affected her work in the media, as she stopped being summoned by producers and channels where she used to participate: “They are closing doors on me in many places where I worked.” According to her account, some programs stopped calling her because they maintain ties with the economist: “Many hosts told me they couldn't invite me.”
She also revealed that she currently lives off her savings while the judicial process continues: “I am living off my savings and I have debts.” Finally, Salazar reiterated that her main objective is to guarantee her daughter's future and maintained that she will continue to demand compliance with the signed agreement: “When someone signs a commitment with a child, they have to fulfill it.”
