The operation took place in the Chacarita district, where officers observed a suspicious handover of drugs, known as a «pass-the-parcel». One of the suspects attempted to flee, while the second, a 20-year-old Peruvian citizen, was apprehended at the scene. The detained individual offered police officers 5 million pesos to be released. During a search of his home, large quantities of cocaine and marijuana, as well as drug packaging equipment and a .32 caliber firearm, were seized. In total, over 140 grams of cocaine, 26 grams of marijuana, precision scales, and a pistol were confiscated. The UFLA Norte, led by José Guerrero, is handling the case, ordering the suspect's detention, the classification of the property as a bunker, and the implementation of a fixed guard post.
