Buenos Aires, February 26 (NA) – Justice has initiated summary proceedings against Federal Police officers for the aggression and detention of an A24 cameraman during the protest at the Congress against the modification of the Glaciers Law. Sources in the case confirmed to the Argentine News Agency that the Federal Criminal and Correctional Court No. 8, led by Marcelo Martínez de Giorgi, has initiated summary proceedings against the agents. In turn, worker Facundo Tedeschini was released after being treated at the Ramos Mejía hospital. His colleague Agustina Bilotti, who was covering for the same channel, was assisted due to gas exposure, without being transferred. Regarding the activists detained on the steps of the Legislative Palace, they will be transferred to the Federal Investigations Superintendency.
