Buenos Aires, February 25 (NA) – After new statements were taken, there are advances in the investigation against the Graf family in the case of the murder of Diego Fernández Lima, the teenager who disappeared in 1984 and whose bones were found 40 years later in the yard of a former schoolmate's house.
At the end of November 2025, the IV Chamber of the Federal Court declared that the case be returned to zero, thus confirming the nullity of the acquittal of Cristian Graf, the victim's schoolmate.
This measure was determined because «only in this way could an investigation be initiated to clarify what really happened, assigning responsibility under article 45 to those who may have intervened in any way in the event that led to the death of Fernández Lima».
«For the moment, the investigation continues around the Graf family,» they explained.
Regarding the case, it became known that this Thursday, February 26, a new round of testimonies will begin before prosecutor Martín López Perrando to advance the investigation and find out who or who murdered the teenager.
