I told them I had a gastrointestinal problem and needed to buy a remedy that cost 70,000 pesos at the time, and I couldn't afford it,' he recounted. At that meeting, he said he asked for a salary adjustment: 'I asked her to adjust it for the two times they cut my salary by 50%,' he affirmed. How the payment scheme worked.
