Buenos Aires, February 13 (NA) — Juan “Boni” Radonjic, who had a career that combined public service with a long career in economic and political journalism, passed away this Friday. According to the Argentine News Agency (NA), during the presidency of Raúl Alfonsín, he was a national deputy and served as Secretary of Public Information and Secretary of the Interior. After his time in public office, Radonjic moved into specialized economic and political media, and from 1991 to 2001 he was the editorial director of the weekly El Economista. From 2001, he was the director of the aforementioned publication, which was recognized for its coverage of economy, finance, and business. Meanwhile, in 1993, he hosted El Economista TV, a program he also produced, and in 2010, he launched the biweekly magazine El Estadista, focused on political analysis with contributions from renowned figures. A cultured, affectionate man, very committed to the country. Boni was a special, different person.
