According to what was learned by the Argentine News Agency, Administrative Decision 8/2026, signed by the Chief of Cabinet, Manuel Adorni, and the Vice-Chief, Diego César Santilli, confirmed the bank's exclusion ordered by DA 9/2025, which had rejected its offer within the framework of Public Tender 999-0011-LPU24. The reason for the disqualification was that the entity presented the sworn statement of interests required by Decree 202/17 in paper format, when the bidding documents and the regulations of the Office of the Comptroller General required it to be completed using the specific electronic form.
