Buenos Aires, February 10 (NA) – The government has deployed a major security operation for this Wednesday, including the Federal Police, National Gendarmerie, Naval Prefecture, and Airport Security Police. This is during the Senate debate on the labor reform project promoted by La Libertad Avanza (LLA). According to the Argentine News Agency, the Ministry of Security, led by Alejandra Monteoliva, will apply the 'Anti-Picket Protocol,' even though Federal Justice has declared it null and void. The ministry assured that it will 'seek to guarantee the free circulation' of citizens and prevent the total closure of streets and avenues.

Currently, it is recommended to avoid the area due to the aforementioned traffic complications, the police deployment, and the concentration of activists, social, union, and political organizations. They also emphasized that the main objective of the deployment of personnel will be to guard the legislative palace and its surroundings: Avenida Rivadavia, Hipólito Yrigoyen, Avenida Entre Ríos -its continuation Callao - and Riobamba. As is customary every Wednesday, the pensioners' usual march will see the implementation of a fencing system around the perimeter of Congress, a measure that will likely impact traffic.

This will be added to the police presence at the main access points to the City to control the arrival of columns from the convening unions, such as those grouped in the CGT, the two CTA, ATE, UOCRA, and UOM, among others. Access to the Chamber of Deputies due to protests.
