Buenos Aires, January 27 (NA) – The head of the La Libertad Avanza (LLA) senators' bloc, Patricia Bullrich, will begin this Wednesday the first meetings of the year with leaders of other blocs to bring positions closer on the treatment of labor reform, a project that the officialism intends to sanction during the extraordinary sessions of February. According to what the Argentine News Agency was able to learn from legislative sources, these first exchanges between Bullrich and other blocs are expected to be virtual, after the informal conversations that the former Security Minister held this Tuesday. Talks with governors For his part, the Minister of the Interior, Diego Santilli, maintains active meetings with governors in search of support and will travel this week to the provinces of Corrientes and Misiones to meet with the governors Juan Pablo Valdés and Hugo Passalacqua, respectively. If support is secured in Corrientes and Misiones, the sum of supports for the Casa Rosada for labor reform would rise to 10 provinces. The Government has already secured the support of eight governors: Rogelio Frigerio (Entre Ríos); Alfredo Cornejo (Mendoza); Leandro Zdero (Chaco); Gustavo Sáenz (Salta); Marcelo Orrego (San Juan), Rolando Figueroa (Neuquén) and Alberto Weretilneck (Río Negro). La Libertad Avanza will seek to sanction in February the “Modernization” Labor project, the Glaciers Law, the trade agreement between Mercosur and the European Union, and the recent incorporation of the Juvenile Penal Law to lower the age of criminal responsibility.
