According to what Mauro Szeta reported in Lape Club Social, the complaint requested the arrest of the accused and the case was filed as 'aggravated injuries in a context of gender-based violence'. Likewise, the Argentine News Agency learned that the decision of the complaint was made after Gaetani's testimony, whose statement was evaluated by specialists as 'high risk', an element that was decisive in promoting the measure. For now, the case continues to advance pending the court's decision on whether or not to grant the arrest request.
