Natalia de la Sota Denies Involvement in New Political Space

The deputy for the “Defendamos Córdoba” monoblock, Natalia de la Sota, clarified on Monday that she is not part of any conversations in Congress aimed at forming a new “parliamentary bloc” or “alternative political space.” Sources close to the Córdovan politician stated that her support for a bill led by former Customs Director General Guillermo Michel (Unión por la Patria), which is also supported by other prominent figures such as Miguel Pichetto, Nicolás Massot, and Victoria Tolosa Paz, does not imply any political realignment or intentions of forming a new parliamentary alliance. “De la Sota is not involved in any initiative that goes beyond a simple bill. This project requires new ideas, generational renewal, and an understanding that new ways of building require humility and generosity, without internal factions or anxieties about protagonism,” stated de la Sota. “Argentina needs to build a proposal that unequivocally opposes Milei's economic model, champions the values of social justice, and does not look back. Supporting other deputies' projects is a routine practice that is neither new nor surprising in the National Congress.”
