The governor of Entre Ríos province, Rogelio Frigerio, revealed this Wednesday the discovery of three illegal espionage devices hidden in his office and the provincial Secretariat. For this reason, he filed criminal complaints with the Justice. "Today we found three espionage devices in my office and in the province's General Secretariat. We filed the criminal complaints and opened the corresponding internal investigations," announced the provincial governor. Frigerio stated that the illegal espionage he is a victim of reminds him of "dark practices of the past." "In Entre Ríos, the dark practices of the past are over. Transparency, legality, and freedom are not negotiable. They will not stop us in the changes and transformations we began in December 2023," he concluded. In turn, the PRO party, to which Frigerio belongs, expressed its "full support" for the entrerriano governor for "denouncing illegal espionage and advancing with the investigations." "These facts are very serious and remind us of the worst practices of the past. Let the Justice investigate and sanction those responsible," the PRO added.
