Buenos Aires, Jan 9 (NA) – Martín Leiro, Morena Rial's lawyer, provided details about the young woman's present situation at the Magdalena Penal Unit and explained how Jorge Rial is collaborating to help her navigate her time in prison. According to Agencia Noticias Argentinas, at the end of September last year, Morena Rial was detained for failing to meet a series of requirements imposed by the Justice system in the case of the armed robbery of a home in Villa Adelina. Since then, she has been held at the Magdalena prison, after several attempts to obtain house arrest failed. In an interview with 'La Posta del Espectáculo', the show hosted by Gustavo Méndez, her lawyer referred to the daughter of Jorge Rial's procedural situation and the emotional impact she is going through while waiting for a judicial resolution. He also confirmed her recent breakup, the reconstitution of the family bond, and revealed a key detail that helps her manage her anxiety in the prison. 'Morena's anxiety has to do with the expectations that were generated. At first, she had trouble with the food, because prison is not a restaurant, but she has already managed to adapt,' Leiro explained. Regarding her family environment, Leiro highlighted a positive evolution: 'She has strengthened her bond with her family a lot.' 'That lack of results generated a lot of frustration for her,' Leiro explained, who also questioned the judicial action: 'I feel that she is not being treated in the same way as other people before the law.' He also confirmed that Morena is no longer in a relationship: 'The delay she had was due to stress and the traumatic situation she is going through, not a pregnancy. She has OCD and consumes ice permanently, that calms her anxiety and does her good.' First they told her 'stay calm, they will give you house arrest' and it didn't happen either. She contacted Facundo again, the father of her son Francesco, and that is something I see as very favorable for her personal life and her future social reinsertion.' Regarding the spider bite she suffered a few weeks ago, the lawyer downplayed the episode and clarified that it can happen in any context.
