Buenos Aires, December 30 (NA) -- A 23-year-old young man, who had a capture order for homicide, was arrested in the port city of Nueva Pompeya when he was a passenger in a ride-sharing application during a vehicle control. According to the police report accessed by the Argentine News Agency, the wanted individual was a fugitive and was apprehended this morning as part of an operation conducted by the Buenos Aires City Police with officers from the 4B Neighborhood Commissariat. As recounted, police officers stopped a Volkswagen Bora with its lights off in the dead of night as it was traveling between Avenida Sáenz and Amancio Alcorta, meters from the Alsina Bridge. The officers stopped the vehicle, and the driver, upon complying with the order, identified herself as a driver for the Didi app. While the woman was presenting her documents and the car's papers, the passenger began to show signs of nervousness. When the 23-year-old young man identified himself, the police detected the capture order issued on November 7 of last year by the Guarantees Court 3 of the La Matanza Judicial Department, under the charge of Dr. Martín Vázquez, in the framework of a homicide case. The intervening magistrate ordered the arrest of the fugitive, a resident of Villa Celina.
