'We deeply regret to announce the death of the Secretary General of the Luz y Fuerza Union, Rafael Mancuso,' the union stated in a communiqué accessed by the Argentine News Agency. According to the information, his remains will be viewed this Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the main hall of the union's headquarters at 453 Defensa Street, in the Federal Capital.
