The four most important union federations in the country will hold a day of action this Thursday in defense of human rights, on the second anniversary of President Javier Milei's term. The event will feature union leaders, social figures, opposition officials, and artists. The schedule will begin at 15:30 at the Pyramid in Plaza de Mayo, with the traditional Mothers' Circle and a performance by the popular percussion group La Chilinga. At 16:30, the first debate panel, "Rights and Work," will be held, dedicated to the "challenges and resistance" to the labor reform promoted by the Government. At 17:30, the second panel, "Rule of Law in Emergency," will address issues of institutional violence, political persecution, and proscription. The event will conclude around 18:30 with a speech by the president of the Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo, Estela de Carlotto; Taty Almeida, a member of the Mothers of Plaza de Mayo (Founding Line), and Nobel Peace Prize winner Adolfo Pérez Esquivel.
