Buenos Aires, December 2 (NA) -- The Chief of Cabinet of Ministers modified the technical annex of Resolution 675/2023, related to the application of Decree 342/2023, which sets amounts for subscription television services during electoral periods, according to the Argentine News Agency.

The measure was formalized through Resolution 160/2025. The text indicated that the new annex, identified as ACTO-2025-124252227-APN-ENACOM#JGM, replaced the previous one and established a scheme for the equal distribution of the total amount within each segment.

The resolution explained that the update was based on criteria for administrative organization and the need to adapt the budgetary allocation to recent electoral processes.

The norm stipulated that the National Communications Entity (ENACOM) must apply the established percentages to guarantee the correct settlement of payments related to audiovisual services.

The document concluded with the order to communicate, publish, and file the act.
