Buenos Aires, November 28 (NA) – The former lawyer of Wanda Nara, Nicolás Payarola, has been charged with fraud following accusations from footballer Gonzalo Montiello that he stole approximately 700 thousand dollars.

In recent hours, it has emerged that businesswoman Wanda Nara, the lawyer's former client, has been called to testify in the case against him.
«Wanda will be called to testify next week, confirmed by the Prosecutor's Office. Wanda Solange Nara will be called to testify next week,» journalist Guido Záffora told DDM.
According to him, a panelist from Mariana Fabbini's show contacted Wanda Nara and it was he who notified her about her future court appearance: «The first thing she told me is that she has nothing to do with Payarola, that he is not her lawyer, and that she hasn't seen him in a long time. And she said a phrase that caught my attention a lot, and I want to share it: 'I was also scammed'».
«No, I am going to declare everything I have to declare, I will declare it in Justice, because I am at their disposal,» the businesswoman allegedly said in her call with the journalist.
According to a recap by the Argentine News Agency, Wanda could be called to court on Thursday or the following Friday at the San Isidro Court.
