Three people were arrested in a vehicle in the La Matanza district after a chase that began when the car was detected at a General Paz avenue toll gate. The chase ended on Brigadier Juan Manuel de Rosas Avenue (Route 3) and Larrea, in the locality of La Matanza, where officers stopped the vehicle. The Police seized an arsenal. Sources from the City Police informed the Argentine News Agency that there were three men in the car, one of whom had an 'active arrest warrant'. After a search of the vehicle, the police seized a large number of evidence items. In addition to the arsenal, 16 cell phones, an angle grinder, three jackets with the inscription 'Illegal Drugs PBA', three allegedly counterfeit license plates with their registration and insurance, presumably forged vehicle documentation, four bundles of keys, three licenses, and four DNI of dubious origin were found. Dr. Andrés Quintana, of the UFIJ 2 of Pilar, ordered the detention of the three subjects, accused of 'robbery of merchandise in transit', and the seizure of both the vehicle and all the elements constituting the crime. Among the seized weapons is a Glock 40 pistol with 'suppressed serial number, with a round in the chamber and two 15-round magazines', a Roni kit with a telescopic sight, four boxes with '153 9mm caliber cartridges', two Bersa pistol magazines, five boxes with '63 FAL rifle cartridges', and 21 12.70 gauge shotgun cartridges.
