Despite new rejections of his defense's requests for house arrest, Daniel Vera remains under house arrest for speaking out against the State of Israel, the genocide it is committing, and the complicity in Argentina.
The request for rejection of his house arrest was presented by Federal Prosecutor Nicolás Czizik, appointed as Co-Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office No. 4 before the Federal Oral Courts.
While on digital networks we see posts like that of Sergio Pikcholtz going unpunished, who published "there are no civilians in Gaza, at most children under 4 years," making an apology for the ongoing genocide, among many other comments of that style, the Judicial Power only condemns or persecutes those who oppose it.
Another unpunished comment on the network was from Eduardo Feinmann, the complainant in this case, who also published that "Gaza is Hamas," making an apology for the murder of civilians, including children.
On July 2, Daniel Vera's house in the city of Resistencia, Chaco, was raided by the Buenos Aires City Police as part of a cyber-patrolling operation.
The order was issued by the Federal Criminal and Correctional Court No. 4, presided over by Federal Judge Ariel Oscar Lijo.
Two weeks ago, DAIA denounced a person for wearing a t-shirt that said "Save Gaza" at the club in San Fernando, surpassing the limits of ridicule.
While these episodes of censorship, persecution, and impunity for genocidists or their accomplices continue both in Palestine and around the world, including Argentina, the call to mobilize on Saturday, November 29, is advancing both in Argentina and worldwide.
In Buenos Aires, the mobilization will be from 3 PM from Congress to Plaza de Mayo.

In a sentence with irregularities, Vera has a 3-year sentence, which is eligible for house arrest, but he remains confined.
Currently, the case is in the Federal Oral Criminal Court No. 3, made up of President Dr. Fernando Marcelo Machado Pelloni, Vice President Dr. Javier Feliciano Ríos, Judge Dr. Andrés Fabián Basso, and Dr. Juan Carlos Bernial in the secretariat.
Feinmann, like other people who usually appear on television, has been making an explicit apology for this genocide through his explicit support for the State of Israel and its actions in the region.
The case of Daniel Vera adds to many others of persecutions, from the imprisonment of Cristian Díaz, who remained in prison for 9 months due to a Facebook post, to the prosecutions of Vanina Biasi and Alejandro Bodart, the teacher Ana Contreras, or the recent summary against the teacher Federico Puy.
