The lawyer Gregorio Dalbón, legal representative of former Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, issued a direct warning this Friday to President Javier Milei and his sister Karina Milei, within the framework of the judicial investigation into alleged corruption in the management of public funds from ANDIS, intended for people with disabilities.
"I'm coming for you and your sister," Dalbón wrote on his social media X, in a direct reference to the head of state and the Chief of Staff of the Presidency. The publication came after the Justice summoned the former head of the National Disability Agency (ANDIS) for investigation on suspicion of steering, overpricing, and taking bribes in the purchase of medications and high-cost supplies.
According to the lawyer, the ANDIS case, which the Noticias Argentinas agency is following, represents a "dark system of providers, related companies, and operators" who diverted essential public resources, directly affecting one of the most vulnerable sectors of society.
"It's not just corruption: it's institutional violence against a vulnerable sector that should never have been used as a business," Dalbón emphasized, who promoted the initial complaint. He also stated that the judicial investigation "is beginning to advance on each of those responsible" and warned that "political, administrative, and criminal responsibilities must arise with clarity, whoever may fall".
"The response must be forceful and without privileges. And those who were part of this scheme — from those who signed to those who benefited — will have to answer," he concluded.
