Three men and one woman were detained by the City Police in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Retiro while in a vehicle with an active arrest warrant. Inside the car, police found drugs, cash, and tools for stealing vehicles.
On Paraguay Street at 900, personnel from the 1A Neighborhood Police Station and the Motorized Group spotted a red Renault Sandero that was "loitering" in the area. Due to this suspicious behavior, the officers stopped the vehicle and proceeded to identify the occupants.
During the search, it was confirmed that the vehicle had an arrest warrant for theft, requested by the La Boca Prosecutor's Office. Inside, large quantities of drugs, cash, and items used to steal vehicles were found.
The search led to the seizure of doses of marijuana, capsules with seeds, tusy, an LSD patch, clonazepam pills, three precision scales, cutters, filters, five cell phones, 290,000 pesos in cash, and a 100-dollar bill. Additionally, there was a drill kit, a torque wrench, and an automobile reset device.
