The Electoral Management Institute (IGE), in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice of the City of Buenos Aires, has made available more than 120 training locations for voting with Electronic Unique Ballot (BUE) ahead of the legislative elections on May 18, according to official sources.

These training points will be available throughout the City until Thursday, May 15. In addition to the 120 fixed locations, 43 itinerant points have been added that will be activated over the next two weeks. They will be distributed in squares, parks, subway stations, health stations, museum entrances, cultural centers, libraries, and strategic corners of all neighborhoods, as well as in community offices, the City Labor Secretariat, some union offices, hospitals, and fairs.

Gabino Tapia, Minister of Justice of the City, emphasized that the election will be quick, efficient, and straightforward, as only local legislators will be voted for. Tapia mentioned that at the training points, instructors will be available to practice with citizens in need and answer queries.

During the voting day, the machine will operate like a printer. The director of IGE, Adrián González, assured that the BUE system is extremely easy to use, intuitive, and secure.
