Morena Rial, daughter of Jorge Rial, is in a compromised situation with the Justice due to her failure to comply with certain legal obligations. The young woman did not appear for a face-to-face examination on February 26, which jeopardizes her extraordinary release from custody. Despite the support of her father and having hired Fernando Burlando, she managed to be released after spending ten days in detention.
The Prosecutor's Office has expressed its annoyance not only with the failure to comply with the examinations but also with Morena's outings. Although she was granted release to take care of her son Amadeo, whom she is breastfeeding, she was required to follow certain guidelines, such as establishing a stable residence, so she decided to live with her sister Rocío. Additionally, she was asked to comply with all requirements of the investigation.
On two occasions, Morena did not attend the interviews scheduled by Justice. Recently, her appearance on Carmen Barbieri's program generated controversy and a media fight with the host. On February 18, she was supposed to undergo a psychiatric evaluation virtually, but she did not connect. In recent hours, she shared photos with her former lawyer and personal friend, Alejandro Cipolla, enjoying themselves in a club in Palermo, both with drinks in their hands.
