After the detention of Morena Rial, her lawyer, Alejandro Cipolla, spoke with the press and revealed that the influencer is in a somewhat unstable emotional state. He also stated that his client believes she is innocent and that she should not be reproached for anything.
"There are times when it is complicated if she hasn't slept for 2 days because there was no mattress or place to sleep in the first police station, and then there's the issue of food and several factors that are decisive," he recounted about the night Morena was detained.
The lawyer assured that he has not yet been able to access the case file or speak about what happened: "No, I couldn't talk, what I tried yesterday was to protect her psyche because she was overwhelmed, so I didn't want to burden her with an interrogation, especially since I hadn't seen the evidence in the file, meaning it didn't make legal or logical sense."
He also mentioned the emotional state of his client: "Sadness for not being with her son, confusion, and a certain impotence because she believes she is innocent and that she should not be reproached for anything."
Regarding what relationship Morena Rial had with the others involved in the case, Cipolla maintained: "She knew them and nothing more. After the first detention, she had cut off all types of relationships, she was no longer there, which is why her idea was already to stay and live here in Buenos Aires, start her career in law, and work in my office, but unfortunately, another thing happened, and now we will see how it can be resolved."
"It's that the images, I reiterate, are a tiny extract where no type of criminal action is seen. To make a complete evaluation, I should see the video when these people return to the vehicle to see their attitude or if they were carrying something in their hands that could indicate that Morena did have knowledge," he explained about the video of Morena circulating on social media.
Finally, Cipolla asserts that his client told him that "nothing absolutely happened" from what is being reported.
