First Cabinet Meeting in 2025

President Javier Milei led the first Cabinet meeting of 2025 at the Casa Rosada. Initially, the delegation consisted of Karina Milei, Secretary General of the Presidency, and Santiago Caputo, presidential advisor. Later, Chief of Cabinet Guillermo Francos and presidential spokesman Manuel Adorni joined. The Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich, and the head of the Chamber of Deputies, Martín Menem, also attended the meeting.

The main objective of the meeting was to organize the internal team after the expulsion of libertarian legislator Ramiro Marra for not following the party's guidelines. Milei arrived at the Casa Rosada early in the morning and went to his office to wait for his closest collaborators.

In President Milei's words: "It is crucial to ensure that we all follow the same line of action and principles to fulfill the promises we made to our voters." Marra's departure has generated a shock within the party, and it is expected that new political strategies can be defined during the day in response to this unexpected situation.
