According to the local police station 5A, the Toyota Yaris hit a Toyota Etios and a Chevrolet Corsa that were parked in the area. As a result, the Contraventional and Offenses Prosecutor's Office number 26, led by Doctor Arnaudo, initiated proceedings for injuries.

In the words of the officer in charge of the scene: "The driver of the Toyota Yaris showed signs of having consumed alcohol, which was later confirmed with the breathalyzer test. This incident caused material damage to the parked vehicles, without causing injuries to others."
