PAMI launches new section for tracking hygiene product deliveries

Buenos Aires, March 12 (NA) – PAMI has incorporated a new section called “Mis entregas” into the Mi PAMI platform, which will allow affiliates to track the status of home deliveries of disposable absorbent hygiene products and consult information about their orders. The new tool allows for tracking the delivery of diapers or dressings from the organization's digital platform, where affiliates can check ongoing deliveries in the “Solicitudes” tab and completed ones in “Historial,” according to a communiqué accessed by the Argentine News Agency. Through this function, beneficiaries will be able to know at what stage the shipment of their supplies is. The system will indicate if the order is in preparation, when the package is being assembled; in transit, when the delivery person is heading to the home; delivered, upon confirmation of receipt; or if the delivery could not be made due to absence at the home. In addition to the delivery status, the platform will allow viewing the package contents and the registered delivery address. From the organization, they stated that the measure aims to provide greater transparency, predictability, and peace of mind to affiliates, as well as to streamline the distribution process, improve order traceability, and eliminate unnecessary procedures and intermediaries. In case of delivery issues, inquiries about the reception date, or verification of the registered address, affiliates can call 138 – PAMI Escucha y Responde – option 0, or go to the nearest PAMI agency.
