Head of Government Jorge Macri will present this Wednesday the Porteño Diagnosis Center, located in the Villa Urquiza neighborhood, which will provide priority attention for district residents, authorities confirmed. Macri will arrive at 7:45 along with Health Minister Fernán Quirós at the Center's headquarters, located at Galván 3463, where he will provide more details about this new initiative. There, residents of the City will be able to access specialized diagnostics without the need to go to a hospital, as long as it is not an urgent case or there is a risk to life. According to Argentine News Agency, the objective of this initiative is to decongest the situation that occurs in most porteño hospitals, where people from other districts, generally from the Province of Buenos Aires, as well as those living in the City are treated. This had generated a counterpoint between Macri and the Buenos Aires governor, Axel Kicillof, who defended himself from his porteño counterpart's criticism due to the lack of investment in provincial hospitals.
