Buenos Aires, March 7 (NA) – Guillermo Coppola confirmed his health status after being hospitalized last Friday, March 6, for pulmonary hypertension at the Favaloro Foundation. In an exclusive interview with the Argentine News Agency, the former manager of Diego Armando Maradona stated that “it was nothing serious and that it was a catheterization study due to a lung difficulty”. Additionally, the hospital gave him a diagnosis, which remains confidential due to the patient's medical privacy. Although he assured he was not in a serious condition and would be transferred to his home after the check-ups to rule out any type of lung complications, Coppola contracted COVID in 2021 and after the illness, he was left with several lung sequelae, which are predictable in his medical condition.
